Do you allow pets?

Yes with a one time non refundable pet fee of $300/ $150. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Dobermans, Bull terrier, snakes and ferrets are not allowed.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday thru Friday 10 - 5:30, Saturday 10-4, and Sunday we are closed.

Do the apartments have washer and dryer hook-ups?

Each of our homes offers electrical hook-ups for a washer and dryer. If you are not bringing a unit with you we can recommend a company they can be rented through. We also have laundry facilities on site.

What play areas are available for children and families?

A fun playground for children, large pool with cabana and sundeck, a courtyard area with BBQs for entertaining and monthly resident activities are some of what we offer to our residents.

What utilities are included in the rent?

Basic Standard cable (76 Channels) plus HBO and high speed internet are provided thru Time Warner Cable. Trash service is also included.

What about maintenance?

Maintenance staff is available 24 hours a day for emergency repairs. Service requests are submitted through the leasing office and will be performed within 24 hours.

Who do I need to go through for utilities?

JOEMC is the electric service provider. Their phone number is (800) 682-1515. The City of Jacksonville provides water. They can be reached at (910) 938-5234.

Utility costs vary based on usage but typically range from $100-160 combined.

Do you have furnished units available?

For an extra cost per month apartments can be furnished with either basic furniture or basic furniture and household goods. A washer and dryer set is included in all furnished units.
